Tongan Wildlife Centre is a wonderful conservation program in Tonga attempting to preserve the natural habitat for a number of the indigenous creatures. For the avid bird watcher the Centre is the reference resource for local birds.
Western District Youth Hall and Community Centre. We are located in Kolovai, a community in the beautiful Kingdom of Tonga, which lies within the heart of the South Pacific Ocean. The WDYHCC, which opened on May 12, 2001, offers general computing and Internet access as well as classes for computer and Internet competency.

It was unforgettable, and I still love to speak Tongan --- a language of substance. I became friends with several Japanese volunteers (JOCVs) and now live in Japan where I started writing about Tonga due to requests from colleagues and friends here. 'Ofa Atu !!!
